A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.The remaining balance must be paid before the trek starts.

Please provide accurate personal information during booking.

Every participant must be physically fit for the selected trek.

Treksang reserves the right to refuse participation if a trekker is found medically unfit or if participation may create a safety risk.

All trekkers must follow the instructions of the trek leader.

Alcohol, drugs, and any unsafe behavior during the trek are strictly prohibited.

Safety decisions made by the trek leader are final.

The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, or other safety reasons.

Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

Refunds and cancellations will be handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.Please read that policy before booking.

Trekkers are responsible for their personal belongings.

Treksang is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

Photos and videos taken during the trek may be used by Treksang for promotional purposes unless the participant requests otherwise.
